Thorn Design began in Bend,OR where comfort meets casual and casual meets fun pic. My idea/inspiration came from the pandemic where we were all in casual comfort. My pic came from three different places where i was living before, some pics in LA some pics in Seattle and more in good to Bend, OR, all in different areas.
I’ve had this sweatshirt line for a long time now and now its finally coming alive, to Bend, OR. its my dream to have this come true.

My name is Brittany Thorn, and this is my journey.
For years, I dreamed of creating a sweatshirt line that reflected the places that inspire me most. Today, that dream is a reality. ThornAdventure is a tribute to the natural beauty of two cities I hold close to my heart—Los Angeles and Seattle.
Each sweatshirt in the collection features photographs I’ve taken across different parts of LA and Seattle. These images capture the raw, stunning nature that surrounds both cities—the vibrant landscapes of LA and the serene, misty charm of Seattle.
ThornAdventure is where LA meets Seattle, blending west coast vibes with Pacific Northwest soul.
Behind the Name
What is thorn design? The name reflects the essence of rugged elegance—the kind of raw, untamed beauty found in nature. A thorn protects and endures, yet is part of something inherently alive and striking. Just like the places that shape us, there’s strength and grace in the wild.
For us, “Thorn” symbolizes resilience, edge, and natural form. It’s a reminder that beauty doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful—and that every scar, trail, and texture tells a story worth wearing.
